Flashyn Wallet & Store Credit Policy

At Flashyn, we believe loyalty should be rewarded. The Flashyn Wallet is our rewards program that allows customers to earn and redeem Store Credits on future purchases, making every shopping experience more rewarding.

By participating in the Flashyn Wallet Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What is the Flashyn Wallet?

The Flashyn Wallet is a rewards program that allows customers to earn Store Credits through eligible purchases, promotions, campaigns, referrals, social engagement activities, and other rewards offered by Flashyn from time to time.

Store Credits earned are added to your Flashyn Wallet and can be redeemed on future purchases, subject to the applicable redemption rules.

Accessing Your Flashyn Wallet

Customers can view their available wallet balance, transaction history, earned credits, and redeemed credits by logging into their Flashyn account and navigating to:

My Account → Wallet

Wallet credits may be applied during checkout when eligible. Customers can choose whether or not to redeem their available wallet balance on an order.

Earning Store Credits

First Order Reward

Eligible customers will receive Store Credit equal to the value of their first completed order, up to a maximum of ₹1,000.

Examples

Store Credit will be credited only after:

• Successful delivery of the order.

• Completion of the applicable return and exchange period.

• Verification that the order has not been cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Ongoing Store Credit Rewards

After the First Order Reward has been credited, customers will continue to earn 5% Store Credit on eligible purchases, up to a maximum of ₹200 per order.

The Store Credit earned will be calculated on the final order value after applying discounts, coupons, promotional offers, wallet redemptions, and other benefits.

Store Credits will be credited only after:

• Successful delivery of the order.

• Completion of the applicable return and exchange period.

• Verification that the order has not been cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Additional Reward Opportunities

From time to time, Flashyn may reward customers with additional Store Credits for participating in promotional campaigns and community activities, including but not limited to:

• Referring friends and family.

• Following Flashyn on social media platforms.

• Subscribing to Flashyn’s YouTube channel.

• Engaging with Flashyn’s content and campaigns.

• Participating in surveys, contests, giveaways, or promotional events.

• Customer support goodwill credits.

• Special loyalty and retention campaigns.

Eligibility criteria, reward values, and campaign-specific terms may vary and will be communicated separately when applicable.

Wallet Redemption Rules

Store Credits can be redeemed based on the cart value of the order:

The eligible redemption amount is calculated automatically during checkout.

Flashyn reserves the right to modify redemption limits, eligibility criteria, and wallet benefits at any time.

Coupons, Discounts & Wallet Credits

Wallet credits may be used together with eligible coupons, promotional offers, sale prices, and discounts unless otherwise specified for a particular campaign or promotion.

Certain products, campaigns, or promotional offers may be excluded from wallet redemption where explicitly stated.

Using Wallet Credits

Store Credits can only be redeemed on eligible purchases made through Flashyn.

Wallet balances:

• Are linked to the customer’s Flashyn account.

• Cannot be transferred to another account.

• Cannot be gifted, sold, assigned, or shared.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account.

• Cannot be withdrawn through UPI, bank transfer, or any other payment method.

Returns, Refunds & Wallet Credits

If an order is paid partially or fully using Store Credits and a refund is approved:

• The Store Credit portion will be credited back to the customer’s Flashyn Wallet.

• Any amount paid through an online payment method will be refunded to the original payment source, subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If an order that earned Store Credits is later cancelled, refunded, returned, exchanged, or found to be ineligible, Flashyn reserves the right to reverse, deduct, or cancel the corresponding Store Credits.

Wallet Credit Validity

Store Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to the Flashyn Wallet unless otherwise specified.

Unused Store Credits may expire after the validity period and may not be reinstated.

Account Closure & Wallet Credits

Store Credits are linked to the customer’s Flashyn account.

If a customer requests account deletion, account closure, or if an account is suspended, restricted, or terminated for any reason, any unused Store Credits available in the Flashyn Wallet may be forfeited and will no longer be accessible.

Customers are encouraged to redeem available Store Credits before requesting account deletion.

Flashyn shall not be responsible for restoring, transferring, or compensating unused Store Credits following account deletion, closure, suspension, or termination.

Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

Flashyn reserves the right to suspend, revoke, adjust, cancel, or refuse Store Credits in cases including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity.

• Creation of multiple accounts to obtain promotional rewards.

• Abuse of promotions, referral programs, wallet rewards, or campaigns.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes.

• Violations of Flashyn policies.

• Any activity that, in Flashyn’s opinion, is intended to unfairly manipulate the Wallet Program.

Any decision made by Flashyn regarding Store Credits or wallet eligibility shall be final.

Program Changes

The Flashyn Wallet Program is a promotional loyalty program offered at Flashyn’s discretion.

Flashyn reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, update, or withdraw any aspect of the Wallet Program, including:

• Reward structures.

• Redemption limits.

• Wallet validity periods.

• Promotional campaigns.

• Eligibility requirements.

• Store Credit earning rates.

Such changes may be made without prior notice.
