Flashyn Refer & Earn Program Policy

At Flashyn, we believe great style is worth sharing. Our Refer & Earn Program rewards customers for introducing friends and family to the Flashyn community.

By participating in the Refer & Earn Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

How the Program Works

Customers can access their referral dashboard by navigating to:

My Account → My Wallet → Referrals

Each eligible customer receives a unique referral link or referral code that can be shared with friends and family.

When a referred customer successfully places their first qualifying order using the referral link or code, both the referrer and the referred customer become eligible for rewards.

Rewards for the Referrer

When a referred customer successfully completes their first eligible order:

• The referring customer will receive ₹500 Store Credit in their Flashyn Wallet.

• Store Credits will be credited after the referred customer’s order has been successfully delivered and the applicable return and exchange period has expired.

• Rewards will only be issued for valid and successful referrals.

Rewards for the Referred Customer

Customers making their first purchase through a valid referral link or referral code will be eligible for:

• The standard Flashyn First Order Reward, as applicable at the time of purchase.

• Any additional referral discounts, promotional offers, or benefits that Flashyn may provide under the Refer & Earn Program.

Applicable offers and benefits may vary from time to time and will be displayed during the referral campaign period.

Monthly Referral Reward Limit

To ensure fair usage of the program:

• A customer may earn a maximum of ₹1,000 Store Credit through referrals per calendar month.

• Once the monthly limit is reached, additional referral rewards may not be credited until the next calendar month.

• Referral rewards beyond the monthly limit shall automatically expire and will not be carried forward.

Example:

• Referral 1 → ₹500 Store Credit

• Referral 2 → ₹500 Store Credit

• Referral 3 → No referral reward (monthly limit reached)

When Referral Rewards Are Credited

Referral rewards will be credited only when:

• The referred customer is a genuine new customer.

• The referred customer successfully places and receives an eligible order.

• The return and exchange period for the qualifying order has expired.

• The order has not been cancelled, refunded, returned, or found to be fraudulent.

Eligible Referrals

A referral will be considered valid only if:

• The referred customer is a new customer who has not previously placed an order with Flashyn.

• The referred customer uses the referral link or referral code during signup or checkout, where applicable.

• The referred customer completes a qualifying purchase in accordance with Flashyn’s policies.

Ineligible Referrals

Referral rewards will not be issued for:

• Self-referrals.

• Multiple accounts created by the same person.

• Orders placed using duplicate, fake, or fraudulent accounts.

• Cancelled, refunded, returned, or disputed orders.

• Referrals generated through spam, misleading promotions, or unauthorized advertising methods.

• Any activity determined by Flashyn to be abusive or intended to manipulate the program.

Referral Rewards & Wallet Rules

Referral rewards are credited as Store Credits to the Flashyn Wallet and are subject to the Flashyn Wallet & Store Credit Policy.

Referral Store Credits:

• Can be used on eligible Flashyn purchases.

• Are subject to the applicable wallet redemption rules.

• Cannot be transferred to another customer account.

• Are subject to the validity period applicable to Store Credits.

Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

Flashyn reserves the right to withhold, cancel, reverse, or revoke referral rewards if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Multiple accounts are used to obtain referral rewards.

• The referral program is manipulated or abused.

• Any Flashyn policy is violated.

Flashyn’s decision regarding referral eligibility and rewards shall be final.

Changes to the Program

Flashyn reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the Refer & Earn Program, including reward amounts, eligibility criteria, monthly limits, and promotional offers, at any time without prior notice.
