Order & Returns

Enjoy 7-day returns on eligible items. A nominal ₹50 return processing fee applies.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for the request.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available. If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will be required to self-ship the item to our warehouse at your own expense.

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking details until the return or exchange process is completed.

Who pays for the return or exchange?

We offer one free size exchange on eligible orders. For refund requests, a ₹50 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, you will need to self-ship the item to our warehouse at your own expense. For any additional exchange requests on the same order, a ₹99 shipping and handling fee may apply.

Yes, eligible items can be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. We offer one free size exchange within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning. Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
