FLASHYN is a brand operated by Mihal Apparel (OPC) Private Limited.
The Flashyn Wallet is our promotional loyalty program through which eligible customers can earn and redeem Flashyn Store Credit on future purchases.
By earning or using Flashyn Store Credit, you agree to this policy and any offer-specific terms displayed with the applicable promotion.
Important: Flashyn Store Credit is not cash, cashback, a bank balance, a deposit or a cash refund. It can only be redeemed against eligible purchases made through Flashyn, subject to this policy.
1. What Is the Flashyn Wallet?
The Flashyn Wallet allows eligible customers to earn promotional Store Credit through:
- Eligible purchases
- Account-registration offers
- Promotional campaigns
- Referral programs
- Social-media and community activities
- Customer-support goodwill credits
- Other rewards announced by Flashyn from time to time
Store Credit is added to the customer’s Flashyn Wallet and may be redeemed on future eligible purchases, subject to the applicable redemption limits.
2. Accessing Your Flashyn Wallet
You can view your available wallet balance, transaction history, earned credits, redeemed credits and available expiry information by signing in to your Flashyn account and visiting:
My Account → Wallet
When an order qualifies for wallet redemption, the eligible Store Credit amount will be calculated automatically and displayed in the cart or during checkout.
The amount that can be redeemed on an order depends on:
- The Eligible Cart Total
- The applicable redemption tier
- The available Flashyn Wallet balance
- Any maximum redemption cap
- Product, category or promotion exclusions
3. Eligible Order Value and Eligible Cart Total
Eligible Order Value
Unless an offer states otherwise, Eligible Order Value means the final merchandise value of eligible products after applicable product discounts, sale prices, coupons and promotional offers.
It is used to calculate Store Credit earned from an order.
Eligible Cart Total
Unless stated otherwise, Eligible Cart Total means the final merchandise value of eligible products in the cart after applicable product discounts, sale prices, coupons and promotional offers, but before applying Flashyn Store Credit.
It is used to calculate how much existing Store Credit may be redeemed on an order.
Unless expressly included in a particular offer, the following are excluded from Eligible Order Value and Eligible Cart Total:
- Shipping charges
- Cash-on-delivery charges
- Payment or convenience fees
- Gift cards
- Taxes shown separately from product prices
- Other non-product charges
- Excluded products or categories
4. ₹100 Account Signup Reward
Where the ₹100 signup offer is displayed as active, an eligible new customer will receive a one-time ₹100 Flashyn Store Credit after successfully creating a Flashyn account.
The signup reward:
- Is limited to one reward per eligible customer
- May require verification of the customer’s email address or mobile number
- Cannot be earned through multiple or duplicate accounts
- Is subject to the redemption limits in this policy
- Is valid for 12 months from the date of credit unless stated otherwise
- Cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn as cash
Flashyn may withhold or reverse the reward where an account appears to be duplicate, fraudulent, automated, incomplete or otherwise ineligible.
5. First Order Reward
An eligible customer will receive Store Credit equal to the Eligible Order Value of their first qualifying completed order, subject to a maximum Store Credit of ₹1,000.
Offer meaning: Get your first-order value back as Flashyn Store Credit—up to ₹1,000.
This reward is not cashback and will not be refunded or paid to a bank account, card, UPI account or other payment source.

The First Order Reward will be credited only after:
- The order has been successfully delivered
- The applicable return or exchange period has ended
- The order has not been cancelled, fully refunded or returned
- Flashyn has completed any necessary eligibility checks
Only one First Order Reward may be claimed per eligible customer.
Flashyn may consider account information, mobile number, email address, payment information, delivery address, device information and transaction patterns when checking eligibility.
6. Ongoing Store Credit Rewards
After the First Order Reward, eligible customers may earn 5% Store Credit on qualifying purchases, subject to a maximum of ₹200 Store Credit per qualifying order.
The reward is calculated on the Eligible Order Value.

Ongoing Store Credit will be credited only after:
- Successful delivery of the order
- Completion of the applicable return or exchange period
- Confirmation that the order has not been cancelled, fully refunded or returned
- Completion of any necessary eligibility checks
Some products, orders or promotions may be excluded where this is disclosed before purchase.
7. Additional Reward Opportunities
Flashyn may occasionally award additional Store Credit for eligible activities, including:
- Referring friends or family
- Following Flashyn on social-media platforms
- Subscribing to Flashyn’s YouTube channel
- Participating in surveys, contests or giveaways
- Participating in eligible promotional campaigns
- Customer-support goodwill adjustments
- Loyalty and customer-retention campaigns
Each campaign may have separate eligibility requirements, reward values, validity periods and usage restrictions. These will be communicated with the applicable campaign.
8. Cart-Based Store Credit Redemption
The maximum Store Credit that can be redeemed on an eligible order is calculated according to the Eligible Cart Total:

The actual Store Credit that may be redeemed is the lowest of:
- The applicable percentage of the Eligible Cart Total
- The customer’s available Flashyn Wallet balance
- The ₹500 maximum redemption cap where the Eligible Cart Total is ₹2,999 or above
Important calculation rule: The redemption percentage is applied to the Eligible Cart Total, not to the customer’s available wallet balance.

The eligible amount is calculated automatically in the cart or during checkout.
The redemption tiers and percentage limits apply to all eligible customers unless a separate customer-specific or campaign-specific rule is clearly displayed.
9. Coupons, Discounts and Store Credit
Store Credit may be combined with eligible coupons, sale prices and promotional discounts unless the applicable offer states otherwise.
Where coupons or promotional discounts are applied, wallet eligibility and redemption are calculated using the resulting Eligible Cart Total.
Applying or removing a coupon, changing quantities, removing products or adding products may change:
- The Eligible Cart Total
- The applicable redemption tier
- The amount of Store Credit that can be redeemed
Certain products, categories, campaigns or promotional offers may be excluded from wallet earning or redemption. Any applicable exclusion will be displayed with the relevant offer or during checkout.
10. Restrictions on Store Credit
Flashyn Store Credit:
- Is linked to the customer’s Flashyn account
- Can only be used for eligible Flashyn purchases
- Cannot be transferred to another account
- Cannot be gifted, assigned, shared or sold
- Cannot be converted into cash
- Cannot be transferred to a bank account, card, UPI account or external wallet
- Cannot be withdrawn using any payment method
- Has no monetary value outside the Flashyn Wallet Program
- Cannot be used to purchase gift cards unless Flashyn expressly permits it
11. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
If an order was paid partly using Flashyn Store Credit and a refund is approved:
- The eligible Store Credit portion will be returned to the customer’s Flashyn Wallet.
- The amount paid through an online payment method will be refunded to the original payment source in accordance with the Flashyn Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Any cash-on-delivery refund will be handled according to the refund method stated in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Restored Store Credit will ordinarily retain its original expiry date unless Flashyn specifies otherwise.
If an order that earned Store Credit is subsequently cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed or found to be ineligible, Flashyn may reverse or deduct the related Store Credit.
For a partial return or partial refund, the Store Credit earned may be recalculated according to the final Eligible Order Value of the products retained by the customer.
If a return causes the retained order value to fall into a lower redemption tier, Flashyn may also recalculate the amount of Store Credit that was eligible for redemption.
If the wallet balance is insufficient to complete a necessary reversal, Flashyn may adjust future Store Credit earnings or restrict wallet use until the adjustment has been resolved.
12. Store Credit Validity
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Flashyn Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is credited.
Each wallet credit may have its own expiry date. Credits with the earliest expiry may be redeemed first.
Expired Store Credit:
- Will be removed automatically
- Cannot be redeemed after expiry
- May not be reinstated
Customers are responsible for monitoring their wallet balance and available expiry information through their Flashyn account.
13. Account Closure
Store Credit is linked to the customer’s Flashyn account.
If you request deletion or closure of your account, any unused Store Credit may be permanently forfeited. You should redeem eligible Store Credit before requesting account deletion.
Store Credit may also be suspended or forfeited if an account is restricted or terminated because of fraud, misuse or a serious violation of Flashyn’s policies.
14. Fraud, Abuse and Misuse
Flashyn may suspend, withhold, reverse, adjust or cancel Store Credit where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Creation or operation of duplicate accounts
- Abuse of signup, referral or promotional rewards
- Manipulation of orders to generate Store Credit
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- False, misleading or incomplete account information
- Violation of Flashyn policies
- Automated or unauthorised participation in a campaign
Customers may contact Flashyn Support if they believe a wallet adjustment was made incorrectly.
15. Changes to the Wallet Program
The Flashyn Wallet is a promotional loyalty program offered at Flashyn’s discretion.
Flashyn may modify, suspend or discontinue future aspects of the program, including:
- Reward rates
- Redemption tiers and limits
- Minimum cart thresholds
- Eligibility requirements
- Validity periods
- Promotional campaigns
- Eligible products or categories
Material changes will apply from the stated effective date.
Store Credit already earned will ordinarily retain its stated validity period. However, its use remains subject to the redemption rules applicable when the customer places a future order.
Adjustments may also be made where required because of fraud, a refund, a return, a technical correction, a legal requirement or misuse.
16. Relationship With Other Policies
This policy should be read together with Flashyn’s:

- Privacy Policy
- Applicable promotion or campaign terms
If clearly disclosed campaign-specific terms conflict with this general policy, those campaign-specific terms will apply to that campaign.
