Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Return or exchange requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please share your order number along with the reason for your return or exchange request. Our team will guide you through the process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not show signs of wear, stains, perfume, washing, damage, or alteration.

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt.

Exchange Policy

We offer one free size exchange per order, subject to product availability.

If a customer requests a second exchange for the same order, a ₹99 shipping and handling fee will apply for each additional exchange.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and approval after inspection of the returned item.

Return Processing Fee

A nominal ₹50 return processing fee applies to approved refund requests. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

No return processing fee is charged for the first eligible size exchange.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

We offer reverse pickup services in select serviceable locations.

If reverse pickup is available for your location, our logistics partner will collect the item from your address.

If your pin code falls outside our reverse pickup coverage area, you will be required to self-ship the item to our warehouse at your own expense. Shipping charges incurred for self-shipped returns or exchanges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a reliable courier service and retaining the shipping receipt and tracking details until the process is completed.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and successfully passes our quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • The applicable ₹50 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Original shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval, though actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please email the following to support@flashyn.com:

  • A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Your order number.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance Sale, or Non-Returnable.

  • Gift cards and store credits.

  • Accessories such as sunglasses, caps, card holders, cufflinks, belts, and socks.

  • Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or misused after delivery.

  • Requests raised after the 7-day return window.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.

Flashyn’s Right to Refuse Returns

Flashyn reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request if:

  • The item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

  • The returned product fails our quality inspection.

  • The request appears fraudulent, abusive, or violates our policies.
