ORDERS & PAYMENTS

This Orders & Payments Policy applies to all purchases made from Mihal Apparel (OPC) Private Limited, doing business as FLASHYN (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with the details of your purchase.

Please note:

• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, or other reasons.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

We offer secure payment options through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

• Debit Cards

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)

• Net Banking

• Wallets (if supported by Razorpay)

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

3. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

When you place an order, your payment is subject to authorization and verification by the payment provider.

If the payment is not authorized:

• Your order will not be processed

• The amount (if deducted) will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider as per their timelines

4. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

In case of failed transactions:

• If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).

If the issue persists, please contact your bank or payment provider.

5. PRICING & BILLING

• All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance.

7. FRAUD PREVENTION

To ensure secure transactions, we may:

• Request additional verification

• Cancel orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel such orders at our discretion.

8. INVOICE

A digital invoice will be shared with you via email after your order is successfully placed. Please retain this for your records.
